Do you have 2025 availability?
YES! We still have several prime weekend dates available for wedding planning, on-site management, or day-of coordination.
We typically have servers and bartenders available year-round.
What type of events?
While weddings are our specialty, Echo Hospitality caters to all types of events! From intimate backyard BBQs, baby showers, and elopements to large-scale corporate gatherings, concerts, and festivals with 5,000+ attendees, our experienced team is ready to support you. Our skilled servers and bartenders adapt seamlessly to any environment, ensuring top-tier service with professionalism and attention to detail.
Booking & Cancellations
For bartending and serving services there is a 4 hour minimum per staff member ordered. At the time of signing the contract to hold your event day, we require a deposit equal to the 4 hour minimum for all staff ordered.
Should you need to cancel - cancellations are allowed up to 15 days prior to your event. Adjustments to timing (event start or end) may be made up to 72 hours prior to the event.
Tipping / Service Charge
Unlike other mobile bartending and serving companies, we do not have a service charge. While we recommend allowing a tip jar for the event, you may add gratuity to your final bill - 100% of which will be passed to the staff who worked your event!
Insurance
We carry general liability and liquor liability insurance.
All of our bartenders and servers have a valid MAST and food worker permit.
